Cate has 15+ years experience in management consultancy, specialising in sustainable transformation from design to management of delivery.

Working with Admiral PLC (now Logica CMG) she delivered a wide range of projects for blue-chip and public sector clients including: High Street banks, the MOD, Government Agencies and the Metropolitan Police Service.

Cate maintains a diverse portfolio of personal and corporate Clients in the private, public and local government sectors.

Cate is trained in:

• the EFQM Excellence Model
• Balanced Business Scorecard
• Systems Thinking
• Project Management (PRINCE, PRINCE 2)
• Business Continuity Planning

Cate's qualifications in Risk Management are less clear – she enjoys extreme sports and has tried parachuting, gliding and ballooning to date!
