Educated in Economics and Accounting, Nigel has vast experience of finance and financial governance up to PLC Board level.

Nigel has run his own businesses and worked internationally. He has developed policy and consulted and worked at senior levels with significant and diverse clients including:

• Orange PLC
• Burger King Corporation (World HQ, Miami)
• a subsidiary of Nationwide Building Society

Projects have included business turnaround, divisional restructuring and cost reduction initiatives.

He has also been appointed as non-executive member of a Primary Care Trust, tasked with turn around of the organisation. He is also involved in oversight of numerous social, community and business initiatives.

This experience is now available to local authorities, as in recent years Nigel has sought out work in the not-for-profit and Public Sectors.
